Ariane Falkenberg joined Ai-Media as the Human Resources Manager in 2010. Ariane is well experienced in HR within large scale professional service industries. Ariane diverse background has seen her involved in the management of HR compliance; implementation of workplace cultural change and cultural surveys, as well as in the development of strategic planning, online HR systems, and HR compliance databases. Ariane holds a Bachelor (Hons) of International Management & Intercultural Studies as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Her special interests include Diversity Management, Organisational Change Management, Workplace culture, and HRIS / Systems. As the HR Manager at Ai-Media, Ariane will be pivotal in our growth and expansion through the development and delivery of human resource capability.
