Hearing Awareness Week is here again. It runs from Sunday 23 August through to Saturday 29 and is designed to raise community awareness of hearing impairment and ways for people to protect their hearing. This week is a key event for Deafness Forum which is the national coordinating body.

Hearing Awareness Week is an opportunity for the 1 in 6 Australians who have a hearing impairment to share their experiences with the broader community. Click for the Australia-wide event calendar.
