Video closed captioning encoders and display devices are sold separately. Compatible products include all EEG SDI Closed Caption iCap encoders models HD4XX/1490 and up, the Encoder Core (EN537) Live Broadcast Caption Encoder, the LEXI Viewer (Live Display caption decoder), Encoder 4K, and the Alta IP software caption encoder for MPEG-TS and SMPTE 2110. Each device must be connected to the LEXI Local server. Once connected, LEXI Local will receive encrypted audio data from the devices and use this to provide AI-powered closed captioning.
You can run up to 10 instances of LEXI Local on a single server, however, you would need to purchase 10 instances to be able to caption 10 streams simultaneously.
